American Language Institute (ALI) F-1 visa status students must have health insurance during the entire semester. ALI students on F-1 visa are required to buy the ALI-sponsored health insurance. Other health insurance plans will not be accepted. Students on a government-sponsored scholarship which provides compatible insurance coverage as a part of the sponsorship are exempt from this policy.

Spring 2027 rates will be published before the start of the semester.

Instructions to Purchase Health Insurance
After you purchase the health insurance plan, register for your UnitedHealthcare MyAccount. You will be able to access your health insurance information and ID Card through your My Account. The ID card will only be available within 30 days of the policy effective date. Please PRINT and always carry the insurance card.
