SMM 9003, Social Media in the Real World: Successful Applications of Social Media Strategies
Instructor: Jennifer Neeley
Such a valuable class, made so by the knowledgeable, professional and approachable instructor. I learned how to utilize the tools for social media and apply them now to my business. Prior to this class, I had never thought I would feel comfortable enough to be a change agentnever in those terms. Jennifer Neeley does an amazing job guiding us (her students) to use social media/tools in the right context and apply the tools correctly. Our thought-provoking discussions pushed me to consider each tool separately and the value of each for different situations. Bravo to SF State for the creation of this program and landing such great instructors!
-Loretta Ramos, Customer Service Representative, Nordstrom
This is a great class on many levels. Learning the social media audit and how to present a social media strategy are important skills that go beyond social media. It implants the concept of results-based evaluations and is flexible enough to allow for corrections. If that isnt enough, for those seeking jobsyou may get one! Jennifer is excruciatingly networked and presents job opportunities during the course.
