UC Berkeley Extension
Offers people 50 and older a full slate of extension classes, access to free daytime peer-led classes and the chance to be part of a compelling and active social network.
- Jewish Community Center of San Francisco provides educational, social, cultural and fitness programs to the community since 1877.
- KALW (91.7) is a local public radio station licensed to the San Francisco Unified School District.
- The Retirement/Employment Collaborative
OLLISF State sponsors workshops and forums on issues of retirement choices and employment after retirement in collaboration with the following organizations: Bay Area Career Center, City College of San Francisco Older Adults Program; Marin Professionals, OWL, SF Chapter; Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center; RSVP; The Transition Network; United Administrators of SF - Emeritus; and the United Educators of SFRetired.
- Sixty-Plus offers seniors continuing learning and personal growth in a campus setting along with opportunities for friendship, leisure, and recreational activities.
- The Transition Network (TTN) provides monthly programs, groups and a network of support for women over 50 as they explore and experience transition in their professional and personal lives.
