INGI collaborated with Mayor Gavin Newsom to develop the Digital Media Advisory Council for the city. By developing the Council INGI implemented to attract new industries to the Bay Area, and to provide intellectual resources and serve as a catalyst for building a digital cinema-media campaign for the City of San Francisco.
