The Holistic Health Program

IHHS offers a multi-disciplinary, cross-cultural curriculum to provide insight into ancient and modern wellness methods and concepts from around the globe. Taking individual classes is a great way to explore a topic of interest or the field of holistic health. The classes can also be taken to earn an academic certificate in Holistic Health, or as an academic minor in conjunction with a degree program at SF State.

Audience

Individuals seeking greater understanding of holistic health concepts and practices will find value in these classes. Many students and community residents attend for personal enrichment, and many for professional development, including nurses, health educators, allied health professionals, psychotherapists, teachers, human resource specialists, and physicians.
