Public Transportation
San Francisco Municipal Railway (MUNI) M-Oceanview trains stop at 19th Avenue and Holloway Avenue. The campus is also served by the MUNI bus lines 17, 26, 28, and 29. For further information call MUNI at 415.673.MUNI (6864).
Free Shuttles

Weekend Services on Campus
Limited food service is available in the Student Union on the SF State campus, 10:00am-5:00pm on Saturdays. No campus food services are available on Sundays. Classrooms are cool on weekends because of SF State's energy conservation program. Dress warmly.

College of Extended Learning students have regular library privileges in accordance wisth library policies and procedures. Please inquire at CEL either in person or by calling 415.405.7700 for instructions on how to obtain your SF State ID card. Consult the library for services available and hours of operation.
Student Health Service

The Student Health Service provides high quality, accessible, cost-effective outpatient primary care, pharmacy, and health promotion services to all eligible students. All services are provided by trained and experienced professional staff. CEL students are charged $60 per visit for all medically indicated visits. These fees are subject to change. Appointments may be scheduled in person at the Student Health Service or by calling 415.338.1251 during operating hours.
Conference Facilities
The Seven Hills Conference Center is available for meetings of educationally related programs and accommodates any size group up to 300 persons. A full range of audio-visual and teleconferencing support equipment can be provided for most conferences at no additional charge.
Recreation
The residence halls are located near Lake Merced, Harding Park Golf Course, the San Francisco Zoo, Fort Funston, and Ocean Beach (for hang gliding, hiking and surfing). Shopping areas such as the Stonestown Shopping Center, are within walking distance.

Admission to the University
Students who are not admitted to San Francisco State University, may take SF State courses through Open University. If a student later applies for admission to SF State, Open University courses taken at the SF State College of Extended Learning may be used toward a degree. SF State will generally accept 24 semester units toward a baccalaureate degree or six units toward a graduate degree. Registration in Open University courses does not constitute admission to the university.

Re-Entry Student Workshops
Re-entry orientation workshops for prospective students are held throughout the year. The workshops are designed to answer questions about admissions, financial aid, alternatives to regular admission, credit by evaluation for experiential learning (CEEL), and other university services of special interest to re-entry students. Students with Disabilities
The disability community is a valued and integral component of life at SF State. Students with mobility, hearing, visual, functional (HIV/AIDS, psychological, environmental illness, etc.) and learning disabilities are encouraged to attend SF State. Students with a verified permanent or temporary disability are eligible to receive assistance in securing disability-related accommodations campus-wide from the Disability Programs & Resource Center.
Students who are registered with the Disability Programs & Resource Center may register for classes in person at the One Stop Student Center on Friday, April 18, before regular registration period. Advance registration does not apply to Open University.

Confidentiality of Student Records
In response to requests for a student's academic record from individuals other than the student, SF State can provide the following information in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974: student's name, enrollment status, class level, major, degrees earned, semester (or dates) of enrollment.
Note: Not all of this information is recorded for College of Extended Learning students. If further information is required, the student must submit a signed written request to College of Extended Learning.

Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act Compliance
San Francisco State University's annual security report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by San Francisco State University, and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, such as policies concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
