New Instructor Hire Forms

Instructors who have never taught for SF State and/or Extended Learning, or those who have had a 2-year or more lapse in teaching appointments, are required to complete and return signed originals of the below forms before their course begins. Please refer to the New Instructor Cover Letter for more information.

Faculty Salary Table for Academic Unit Courses

Faculty salaries for academic unit (credit) courses are set by the CSU Chancellor's Office as listed in the below salary table. Please note that salary rates for noncredit and CEU courses are set by the Extended Learning Program Director and/or Dean.
