Who Should Take AutoCAD & Autodesk VIZ Courses?
Beginning and experienced AutoCAD users alike can benefit from the wide range of courses offered at CEL. From AutoCAD Level I to Corporate Update Training, there is something for every AutoCAD user at CEL. Autodesk courses are primarily geared for, but not limited to, design, drafting, architecture, engineering, mapping, graphics, special effects, arts, documentation, and construction professionals who use CAD and animation programs to increase their productivity and as new tools for creative expression.

Lab Time
Students enrolled in Autodesk courses receive 15 hours of free Open Lab time per hands-on class. Additional use of the lab beyond the 15 hours is subject to availability of computers. All of the Autodesk software that is used in the certificate program is installed in the Open Lab. See Lab Hours.
Important Notice
It is strongly recommended that students bring a flash drive to all classes including the first class meeting.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
Courses carry CEUs, nationally recognized units of measurement for professional development and training. CEUs may be used when employers, agencies, and other authorities require a specified number of hours of study and where non-academic credit is acceptable. One CEU is equal to 10 hours of instruction.
Enroll Early
Please make every effort to enroll at least three weeks before each first class meeting. Students enrolling on the first day of class will be subject to late registration fees.
